Individual offers
International employees at RUB are also to be supported with individual support tailored to their needs. The service is aimed in particular at newly appointed international professors who would appreciate specific support but also oppen for international staff in all academic positions.
This offer is currently being piloted in the form of individual lessons.
It is to be expanded in the future. It will begin with a consultation in which goals and the amount of time will be determined. Individual language learning advice (from qualified teachers) is also to be offered later on.
